The basic plan is to be a vegan - no animal-based foods - earlier than 6 p.m., and then eat whatever you want afterward. You may't really eat whatever you need after 6 p.m. There are meals which are good and a few which can be unhealthy. Be a "qualitarian." Give attention to consuming quality, real, whole meals as an alternative of processed, industrial food, sugar, flour, dairy, and meat. Exercise is the magic tablet that cures each disease and illness. |
